Whether it's a Corporate event, Baby Shower, Anniversary Banquet or a Birthday party, Imperial fx Photography is here to serve you!
All special event photography services include:
Prior consultation through phone, social media message or email regarding event/party details and any special accommodations or requests. | Shooting on - Location within a 20 mile radius (standard mileage rate applies for shoots over 20 miles). | Unlimited images taken during shoot time. | 48 to 72 hour turn around time for delivery of all photos via personal online gallery where you can view, share and digital download your photos. Basic editing which includes: image sharpening, white balance correction, exposure adjustments and minor artistic enhancements for contrast and vibrancy. Hard copy prints can be purchased separately.
A 15 minute break is included with shoots between 2 and 4 hours and a 30 minute meal break for events longer than 4 hours.
A non refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your event.

Quotes are based on specified details and will only constitute a final price once accepted by the client by signing of a service agreement and paying a deposit.
For quotes given 3 months or more in advance a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking date(s) which will be applied to your final cost. Quotes given less than three months in advance require a 50% deposit.
It is understood that even with a verbal agreement and/or the signing of a service agreement, no day is reserved without a monetary deposit.
Upon booking a date and paying a deposit Imperial fx Photography will reserve the time agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific time frame. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable after 7 days even if the date is changed or becomes canceled for any reason.
